Here we are on 10/10/25, exactly one day after witnessing one of the biggest market crashes. It was early October, a month historically considered bullish for Bitcoin. Everyone was talking about “Uptober,” referring to the month’s historically bullish trend for Bitcoin. And if Bitcoin is bullish, so are altcoins. Many people were investing so they wouldn’t miss the rally—yes, we were more afraid of not investing than of investing. BNB was hitting all-time highs, and projects related to BNB were doing great. The euphoria surrounding the rally had reached its peak. Yes, we were well and truly in Uptober, as Bitcoin had also reached its all-time high of around $126,000 (06/10/25). Then, one evening, just days after Bitcoin’s peak, everything changed. As they say, nothing is certain in this world. Bitcoin fell to $102,000, losing 16% of its value, followed by altcoins, which also lost between 30% and 90%. That day was October 10, 2025.
The crash liquidated more than 1.6 million traders.
