Rationale: As a Chinese meme coin, it will likely be shaken out for a while first. Once the bagholders at the top have been cleared out, the whales can push the price up. They’re also waiting to accumulate heavily at the bottom—shaking out those bagholders who can’t hold on, getting into their heads so retail investors who bought at the top will sell at a loss and provide liquidity. Holding.

Update after entry: The Injective CEO expects a U.S. spot ETF for INJ to launch by 2027, possibly sooner. An amended S-1 registration statement was also filed this September, indicating progress in the relevant application process.
The appeal is the potential approval of an INJ ETF, which could drive the price higher.
