① One of Curve’s best-known early pools was 3pool, made up of three stablecoins: DAI, USDC, and USDT.
② Curve’s later CryptoSwap pools are designed for assets with greater price volatility. They concentrate liquidity near the current price based on an internal price.
③ Stablecoin pools also carry risks: if any stablecoin in a pool loses its peg, liquidity providers may end up holding a large amount of that coin.
