Crypto 101 📚 Oracles
Chainlink uses a group of independent nodes to aggregate quotes from multiple sources and then write them on-chain.
Smart contracts can’t directly access off-chain data, such as asset prices or match results. Oracles are needed to bring that data on-chain.
When I first got into crypto, I thought knowing how to read candlestick charts was enough. Later, I realized that understanding the rules is what really counts as an introductory lesson.
