XRP treasury company Evernorth has completed its merger with SPAC Armada Acquisition Corp. II. Trading under the ticker XRPN, it is expected to begin trading on Nasdaq on October 12 (next Monday).

I’m watching three things:
1️⃣ The listing itself won’t bring in new buyers
Those 473 million XRP are already on the books. XRPN’s listing won’t mean it buys even one more XRP that day. It’s still unclear how the $300 million in cash will be used or whether the company will raise more funds to buy XRP.
2️⃣ The ratio of market cap to the value of its XRP holdings
The treasury-stock cycle is simple: when market cap is higher than the value of the holdings, the company can issue shares to raise funds and buy more. If it falls below the value of its holdings, that cycle stops working. Whether XRPN trades at a premium or discount on its first day will determine whether it becomes a new source of XRP buying—or just a different wrapper.
3️⃣ What active management actually means
CEO Asheesh Birla says the goal is to build an actively managed XRP treasury that supports ecosystem growth. When the plan was announced, lending and DeFi were mentioned as possible areas. The specifics, including scale and risk controls, will have to wait for disclosures in post-listing financial reports.
