2. Your trading volume in the past 3 months is less than 5000.

A successful re-binding requires a contract trading volume of 150,000 within the 30-day evaluation period.

The second type: if your trading volume is large and you’ve exceeded 5000 USD in the past three months, then re-binding won’t work. It’s recommended to use a family member’s identity to register again; the fees are really quite outrageous, so the earlier you bind, the more you save.
The third type: if you don’t even remember when you registered, and back then you clicked someone else’s link or came in through an event, but that code never had rebate-sharing permissions enabled, then you can only register again.

How to check whether you’ve bound rebate-sharing: open the Binance app, tap [Invite & Earn] on the homepage (or [Referral] in the personal center).
