JCT has something interesting going on.

It jumped 3.88% in 15m straight, with volume reaching 4.75x. That’s not something retail can push with a few casual clicks. OI increased 4% in one hour, notional change was 1.5M, anomaly percentile was 96.4%, and it ranked 6th in the whole pool — that position suggests it’s not moving alone, but standing out sharply within the broader pool.

Structurally, it looks more like newly added leveraged longs entering. Price up + OI up, bids are holding, aggressive trading imbalance is -9.1%, and the buy-sell ratio is 1.2. The only thing making me cautious is that it’s already close to its own historical extreme range. At this level, chasing and waiting for a pullback confirmation is safer. It’s not that you can’t chase, just don’t go all-in blindly in the hottest 15m of sentiment.

24h trading volume is just over 100M, so depth can support this move, but once leverage stacks up, liquidations become a double-edged sword. Just keep an eye on OI and make sure it doesn’t keep increasing in one direction.
