According to Binance real-time data, its 24-hour trading volume is 753K USDT, it’s down 57%, and the current price is 0.021. I caught the falling knife around 0.05, thinking it had dropped enough for a rebound. I set a stop-loss at 0.045, but it plunged straight through, and I cut my losses at a 12% loss. Ouch.
$WTC and $PHB are even worse, down 56% and 54%, respectively. $ACA has been cut in half, all the way to 0.002. This wave of altcoin sell-offs is clearly due to liquidity drying up; buying pressure is paper-thin. My strategy now is simple: no bottom-fishing—wait for signs of stability. If $PYR can hold sideways around 0.018, with volume drying up and a doji forming, I might consider cautiously going long with a small position. Take profit at 0.028, stop-loss at 0.016.
