This market is full of people saying, “The bull run is over—get out now.” Meanwhile, price has pushed right up near the day’s high. It got shoved back for a moment, then hauled itself straight back up. Spot buyers are flattening sellers—aggressive buys are running at twice the volume of sells. This isn’t scattered probing; someone’s openly grabbing up the chips. The futures market is even more interesting: long positions have piled on nearly 10% in a day, and funding was positive in all six readings. Longs are willing to pay to wait for a rally—what do you call that? That’s bullish heat. This price action is taking my breath away. I need to find someone to discuss the meaning of life with—and discuss it with the bears. Where they’re standing now, they don’t even deserve a chance to fight back. I’m numb.
