Reinforce the boundaries of the rules…
Back then, the drawdown was too large, and I was desperate to make it back. I was subjectively bearish. There was nothing wrong with being bearish, but if I had been thinking rationally, I definitely wouldn’t have opened a short at this point!
Rule violations:
1. Losing control of my position size (which caused my emotions to spiral)
2. Jumping the gun (which put me in a terrible position; the rules prohibit opening a trade from such a poor position)
