I usually look at ecosystem news from three angles:
1) Substance: Is it real progress, or just an announcement?
2) Supply: Will there be any additional releases, and will the circulating supply increase?
3) Data: Can things improve after trading volume?
$ETH latest: 2496.01, 24h -0.15%. This is somewhat positive, but it's rare for all three boxes to be checked.
News with a clear timeline is far more worthy of attention than vague claims.
