When you buy 1 coin with USDT without using BNB to cover the fee, the fee is deducted from that 1 coin, so you’ll receive slightly less than 1 coin.
Spot trading fees are usually calculated by multiplying the trade amount by the fee rate. A fee is charged for each fill, and partial fills are only charged on the portion that gets filled.
I didn’t understand this before—the fees I paid could’ve bought me several hotpot meals.
