A full hourly candle pushed MAGIC up another roughly 11%—this time, it wasn’t just intraday quotes jumping. Public Binance data at 11:36 (UTC+8) showed $MAGIC spot at 0.1580, up 133.73% over 24 hours, and perpetuals at 0.15775, up 134.09%; spot and futures are still pricing in sync.

In the previous full hour, spot and perpetuals rose 11.04% and 11.02%, respectively, while trading volume increased 182.50% and 153.20% compared with the prior hour. Over the latest four full hours, both rose about 30%; spot volume was 1.52 times that of the previous four hours, and perpetual volume was 1.40 times as high. The short-term acceleration is backed by real trading activity.

🔥 OI by quantity rose 13.25% in the latest hour, and was up a cumulative 178.57% over the 30-point window. The indicative funding rate is around -0.0014%, while the latest actual settlement was +0.0050%. Price, volume, and positions are all expanding, but the funding rate hasn’t turned extremely positive along with the rally. This could leave room for a squeeze, while also amplifying the risk of deleveraging at elevated levels.

0.15938 is the first confirmation level I’m watching. The bullish structure will only be considered intact if the next full hourly candle closes above it and both volume and OI continue to rise. If the price falls below 0.13346 alongside a contraction in OI, that would indicate new leverage is starting to exit. After a rally of this magnitude, blindly chasing the price higher is unwise.
