Turned 2,800U into 2.1 million without a single liquidation.
Grew 2,800U to 2.1 million. Never got liquidated. Just three simple, no-frills rules.
I mentored a complete beginner this quarter. They started with 2,800U, reached 120,000 in a month, and now their account is holding steady above 300,000. Most importantly, they’ve never been liquidated—not by luck, and not by going all in.
Rule one: Going all in is asking for trouble. Splitting up your funds keeps you in the game.
Don’t expect to go all in with 2,800U. Here’s how I split it up: 1,000U for day trades, one trade a day, then stop when the time’s up. Win or lose, don’t get attached. 1,000U for swing trades: enter, hold, and wait a week or two for a move. The remaining 800U is your reserve—untouchable. That’s what gives you a chance to turn things around.
If you go all in from the start, it’s not the market that’ll do you in—you’ve cut off your own way out. Stay in the game first; only then can you talk about winning.
Rule two: Don’t trade for the sake of it. Focus on the big moves.
The crypto market spends 80% of its time moving sideways. Instead of trading in and out every day and piling up fees, sit tight. I watch when the market’s flat and only step in when the trend is clear. One more hard-and-fast rule: once your account is up more than 20% from your starting balance, immediately withdraw 30% and convert it to U. What you’ve pocketed is truly yours.
Making money is actually pretty boring: press the button, set your take-profit, and let your profits run. Emotions are a retail trader’s most expensive cost.
Rule three: Cap your risk and let your profits grow slowly.
Don’t dismiss a small starting balance. Growing 2,800U isn’t about some magical trade. It’s about keeping your position sizes under control and not giving back your profits. If a few hundred U of price movement is keeping you up at night, first ask yourself whether you can keep that 800U reserve untouched.
I’ve written about splitting your funds and when to withdraw in @老森笔记 . If you’re unsure whether to enter, hold, or cut your losses, comment with how many U you have right now. I’ll only explain how to split it into three parts and when to withdraw—not which coin will make you rich overnight.
