$1MBABYDOGE BabyDoge’s newly released white paper is a cleverly packaged guide to fraud.
The white paper promises “quarterly community burns, matched 1:1 by the team,” which sounds sincere. But on-chain data doesn’t lie: over the past five years, there has been no record of any real transactions for the project team’s supposed “buybacks and burns.” The team has forced community investors to burn their own tokens, while the developers’ tokens have never moved. Tens of millions of dollars’ worth of tokens are unlocked every month and continue flowing to exchanges, quietly draining liquidity.
The white paper paints a rosy picture of a “flywheel”: Goods sells dog food, Swap runs a DEX, Merch sells sweatshirts, and the proceeds go toward buybacks and burns. But why should anyone believe a project that has never carried out a genuine buyback with real money will generate revenue in the future? And why should anyone trust the promises of a team that spreads false claims every day and refuses to accept or listen to the truth?
Even more concerning is the team’s makeup. The white paper never identifies any core developers, while community investigations indicate that the people behind the project changed two years ago. Meanwhile, BabyDoge has been reported to have ties to market maker GOTBIT, whose members were arrested by the U.S. Department of Justice on charges of market manipulation.
Charity is the perfect disguise. Donations, Guinness records, and 50 stray dogs being brought into a shopping mall—these things really happened. But behind every charitable expense, millions of dollars in hard-earned money from holders are being systematically drained. Keep your eyes open, and block and stay away from teams that use dogs to exploit people’s faith and take investors’ money.$DOGE $SHIB
