Why, after sending Bitcoin, do I see some of it returned to another address of mine in the block explorer?
Cardano uses the extended UTXO (eUTXO) model, which adds the ability to execute script logic on top of the UTXO model.
If you notice that some of your Bitcoin went to a new address of yours after sending it, it’s usually change—not lost coins.
$BTC uses the UTXO model. The balance shown in your wallet is actually the sum of multiple unspent outputs.
