① Some token contracts accept transfers of 0. Attackers can exploit this to leave a record that appears to show tokens being transferred out of your address, making it look as though you made the transfer yourself.
② Scammers often send you 0 tokens from a similar-looking address to make that address appear in your transaction history.
③ Before making a payment, verify the full address. Don’t just check the first and last few characters—make sure the ones in the middle match too.
