2. Can trading volume for $ETH ($423 million in 24h) increase significantly?
3. Are whales moving large amounts onto exchanges?
Only when all three point in the same direction can the news be considered validated by the flow of funds; otherwise, it’s probably just noise.
The same news can have completely different effects depending on where it appears.
