$BTC near 83,348: breakout or pullback?

$BTC is trading at US$82,619, up 1.07% in 24h. The U.S. CFTC announced that it wants to bring event contracts under swap regulations, according to CoinDesk (3.1 hours ago).

My take: if the measure moves forward, we could see more regulatory clarity and less uncertainty for traders, which would make me question the likelihood of a strong upward move right now.

$NEAR (+10.8%) and $ZEC (+2.0%) are also moving over 24h, driven by volumes of US$139M and US$155M, respectively.

On the 4h chart, the EMA20 is at 83,086 and the EMA50 at 83,815, with a downward trend. Key support levels: 81,604 and 80,394; resistance levels: 83,348 and 84,769. If it breaks through resistance at 83,348, the bullish scenario points to 84,769; if it falls below support at 81,604, the bearish scenario leads to 80,394.

Will it break 83,348 or return to 81,604? 🟢/🔴
