① Holding above: An intraday move above the level doesn’t count; it’s a true breakout only if the price closes above 0.14.
② Retest: Can the price hold around 0.14 on a pullback? If it holds, the transition is complete.
③ Volume: Did trading volume increase during the breakout? Breakouts on low volume are more likely to reverse.
