Some Bitcoin addresses start with bc1p, while others start with bc1q. What's the difference?
First, the definition: Taproot addresses (P2TR) start with bc1p and use Bech32m encoding, as defined by BIP-350.
The idea behind it: Taproot improves privacy because when spending via the usual path, complex scripts such as multisig and ordinary single-signature payments look the same on-chain. Observers can't tell that other conditions are hidden behind the transaction.
The inscription at $BTC leverages Taproot, and $ORDI is the first BRC-20 token. Currently 82628.44.
Only invest what you can afford, and leave yourself plenty of room.
