Let’s talk about offline signature authorizations.
Offline signatures include an expiration time. Before that time, whoever obtains the signature can submit it on-chain at any time.
One easily overlooked point: an offline signature does not create an on-chain record until it is submitted, so authorization management tools often can’t find it.
Before signing, check the authorized party’s address and the authorization amount. If you don’t recognize the address or the amount seems unusual, don’t sign.
