$BTC | Bounce stalled below the shorts block
Bitcoin bounced from a low of 80,344.8 to 83,499.9 and is now trading at 82,524.9. On Trading Different’s 15-minute Binance heatmap (25x-50x-100x), the bounce peaked just below the estimated short liquidation block, which spans 83,600 to 84,700, with its most intense level at 83,739.4.
Below, the longs block is between 79,600 and 80,400, with greater density at 80,031.5. The liquidity that was between 80,400 and 82,400 was consumed in Thursday’s drop, so there are almost no liquidations left between the two blocks.
The map does not indicate the price direction. It shows the levels where forced closures could occur if the price reaches them.
