Someone asked why ADA is trending again. My take on the broader market: it’s a regular on the list of legacy L1s due for a catch-up rally, so I’m cautious and leaning bearish.

Compare that with when I wrote about DOT this afternoon: back then, ADA, XRP, and BNB were all surging together. Now AVAX is barely moving, and ADA is up just 3%—the buzz is still there, but the money is getting tired.

ADA itself has gone nowhere for 60 days, and the monthly line overhead hasn’t budged. A few green candles don’t mean much for a coin that’s been range-bound for months.

My rules: I’ll look for a breakout only if it holds above the 0.2525 monthly line. If it can’t reclaim that level, I’ll treat it as range-bound. If it rebounds to the daily high of 0.2415 without volume, I’ll keep selling into it.

0.2238 is the sentiment floor for this move. If it breaks, I’ll look lower—that’s where real support is.
