After the news came out, I asked just three questions about the money:
1. Which way are large orders leaning?
2. Can trading volume of $BTC (24h: $988 million) continue to grow?
3. Have any large holders made significant transfers off trading platforms?
Only when all three point in the same direction does this news carry real weight; otherwise, it’s most likely just noise.
What really determines prices is buying and selling pressure, not the news itself.
