His argument: L2s inherit Ethereum’s security, and if Ethereum doesn’t migrate its infrastructure to post-quantum tech until late 2029... Starknet would always be late. My no-hype take: the pump already happened (it’s doubled in price since April), and NOTE this is only under consideration—no proposal has been voted on yet. Buying roadmap promises is a speedrun to liquidation. But if the quantum threat becomes a mainstream topic, networks with STARK-style proofs (which are post-quantum by design) have a narrative tradfi can understand in 5 seconds.
