Ledger is investigating the loss of funds belonging to customers in Southeast Asia who purchased hardware wallets through third-party reseller CryptoBilis.
The manufacturer has already asked the seller to suspend sales, advised customers who purchased devices in the past 90 days not to use them, and urged those who have already activated them to urgently transfer their assets to new wallets with a new seed phrase.
