According to the agenda released by the U.S. SEC, a new briefing on crypto assets has been added to its national compliance outreach seminar for investment companies and investment advisers, to be held on November 19. Taylor Lindman, Chief Counsel of the SEC’s Crypto Task Force, will speak, and staff from the Division of Examinations and the Division of Investment Management will also attend. The seminar will be held online, and no advance registration is required.
