Stablecoin issuer Tether has blacklisted four THORChain vault addresses that together held about 1.45 million USDT. According to ChainCatcher, the move has halted THORChain's Tron cross-chain swaps and liquidity provider-related operations.

THORChain co-founder Chad Barraford said the team did not receive any prior notice before Tether took action.
