#比特币etf单日净流出2.44亿美元
This is rough—this time, it’s not just retail investors heading for the exits. Wall Street money is starting to pull out too.
😭
According to the latest data, on October 8, U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw net outflows of $244 million, marking two straight days of outflows, with a combined total of $729 million!
The hardest hit was Fidelity’s FBTC, which saw $197 million flow out in a single day—nearly 80% of that day’s total net outflows.
People used to think ETFs were a major gateway for institutional money into crypto, and that Wall Street’s steady buying would provide Bitcoin with a constant source of support.
But now, $BTC has only just fallen to around $80,000, and ETFs are already seeing consecutive outflows.
Still, there’s no need to declare that institutions are all fleeing just because of two days of outflows. U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs still have around $105 billion in total assets, and their cumulative net inflows have exceeded $57.1 billion.
What really matters is whether these funds will keep pulling out, and whether Bitcoin can hold the $80,000 level.
Retail investors used to run at the first sign of a drop, while institutions bought the dip. Now retail investors haven’t even figured out whether to sell, and institutions are already starting to cut their positions. 😂
