Today I took a closer look at the historical trajectory of the total altcoin market cap after the break.
There’s a statistical pattern:
Day 1–3: Initial sell-off / preliminary low
Day 3–7: High-probability rebound window (there’s a relatively high chance of a rebound of ≥8% within 7 days.)
Day 7–14: Critical phase for determining whether the rebound is a genuine recovery or a false one
Day 14–30: If the market structure has not truly recovered, the risk of a second, deeper round of deleveraging increases significantly.
