$KAIA is an interesting setup.

The price is down 2.38% over 15m, but OI is climbing at the same time—up 1.63% over 15m and 1.96% over 1h. Its anomaly percentile is 94.2%, ranking 7th across the entire pool. OI is rising as the price falls, which basically means new shorts are entering, rather than longs closing out and driving the price down. And this isn’t a one-candle spike; it’s been continuing over several consecutive periods, while the funding rate has also climbed to a recent high percentile.

Put simply, bears are adding leverage to push the price down. If this structure can’t break lower, the rebound could be sharp, squeezing the traders who just opened positions. But if spot demand can’t absorb the selling, that’s a different story.

Keep an eye on it intraday. Don’t rush to pick a side.
