I generally don't change my plans based on a single message—unless the price confirms it too.
Today I saw another one: XRP Ledger has launched a permission delegation feature, allowing institutions to separate on-chain operational permissions from the main account key. It looks like good news on the surface, but it's worth taking another look to see whether the original announcement includes any additional conditions.
