Let’s talk about limit orders and market orders.
A large market order may fill across multiple levels of resting orders. The final average execution price can differ from the price you saw when placing the order—that’s called slippage.
To be honest, I hadn’t paid attention to this before either: before placing a limit order, you can check the order book. If your price is too far from the current price, it may take a long time to fill.
By the way: $BTC current price 83046.18 (24h +0.84%).
If you don’t understand something, don’t put a large amount into it. Start by practicing with a small amount.
