The whole market is seeing outflows—only one product is bringing in money.
CoinDesk data for October 9: On Thursday, U.S.-listed spot ETFs for Bitcoin, Ethereum, and ZEC all saw net outflows. The only products with net inflows were XRP-related.
Institutions are voting with their feet: On the BTC side, there’s government coin transfers and $1.1 billion in liquidations. Scared-off capital is turning to XRP to hedge and bet on a rebound.
My take: ETF flows are a short-term indicator of market sentiment. XRP being the only one with net inflows suggests new capital is quietly testing the waters. That signal matters more than the price itself.
