Less than 1,000 U and hoping to turn your life around with futures? Stop trading for a moment—don’t rush to hand your money away$ETH

I have a buddy who started with 1,200 U and grew it to 50,000 U in a few months. It would be very hard to replicate his final results exactly, but I’ve always remembered his trading habits: the more wildly the market surged and plunged, the more exciting it looked—and the less willing he was to open trades impulsively$RLC

With 1,200 U in starting capital, he never went all-in on a single trade. He split his funds into three parts: one for short-term trades, with a limit on the number of trades per day, and he’d stop decisively once his target was reached; one set aside specifically for trend signals, staying out of the market when no suitable opportunity appeared; and the last kept in reserve, never to be touched except in extreme circumstances. It may not look fast, but at least one big bearish candle wouldn’t liquidate him and knock him out of the game

Later, he learned to filter market conditions. In a sideways market, he’d keep trading back and forth, making a little and losing a little, while fees kept piling up and his mindset fell apart. So he set firm rules: don’t enter when the trend is unclear, and don’t touch coins you don’t understand. Once his profits for a given period reached their target, he’d withdraw some funds and lock in the gains, rather than leave all his unrealized profits exposed to risk$OGN

The most important habit: before every trade, decide in advance when to exit. If the stop-loss is hit, cut the loss decisively; once in profit, lock in gains in stages. The most dangerous thing is getting carried away after a winning trade, then blindly increasing your position and going all in

The biggest trap with small accounts is that the less capital you have, the more you fantasize about turning things around with one trade. You keep increasing your position until one trade wipes out all your previous gains. Futures trading isn’t about who dares to make the biggest bet. First, make sure you always have the chance to trade again; then think about growing your account steadily
