$CTSI has broken through the 0.035 level and is currently trading at 0.03592.
Around key price levels, I usually watch three things:
① Close: An intraday move above the level doesn’t count; it’s a real breakout only if it closes above 0.035.
② Retest: Can it hold around 0.035 on a pullback? If so, resistance has become support.
③ Volume: Did volume pick up during the breakout? A breakout on declining volume is more likely to be reversed.
