Morris Reid, a partner at Actum and former Clinton administration official, called a proposed public firing-squad execution discussed by the US defense secretary "medieval" and said it could damage Republicans ahead of the midterms, according to Bloomberg.
Speaking to Francine Lacqua on "The Pulse," Reid said the episode shows a lack of coordination within the Trump administration as it prepares for "challenging" elections.
