On October 8, the clear contrast in fund flows among crypto funds caught my attention: Bitcoin funds recorded net outflows of $244 million, while Ethereum funds saw outflows of around $72.54 million, and Solana funds recorded outflows of $3.32 million. By contrast, XRP funds attracted around $8.17 million in inflows.
What matters to me here is not just the numbers, but the striking difference in the direction of the flows. Even so, I don’t think inflows into XRP alone are enough to say that investors have started to favor it over other assets.
The more important question is: do these movements reflect temporary flows over a single day, or are they a sign of a different trend worth watching in the coming days? In my view, we need to monitor the upcoming data before drawing any conclusions.
