What Are Large-Cap Stocks Waiting For? Worth Talking Through

Let’s finish reading the U.S. stock numbers first, then decide whether crypto will follow.

These macro figures are current prices, not a look back:

Gold 4,206 (5-day +1.19%, Yahoo)
Crude oil 90.88 (5-day +1.62%, Yahoo)
U.S. Dollar Index 102.18 (5-day +0.01%)

So: the S&P 500 is up 1.29%, and the Nasdaq is up 1.20%. The indexes aren’t diverging. If they aren’t diverging, don’t make up a sector story—wait for the next high-volume candle.

Crypto: BTC 82,508 (-0.20%), funding rate 0.0027% (8h, Binance USDⓈ-M). ETH is down 2.21% over 24h, weaker than BTC at -0.20%; the exchange rate is 0.0302. Money is rotating into BTC, so I’d stay on the sidelines with altcoins until there’s confirmation.

Next, watch whether the 10-year yield can stop rising. If yields keep climbing, I’ll treat rallies in growth stocks and BTC as retracements.

My position: watching from the sidelines. Prices haven’t picked a direction, and leverage isn’t paying—opening a position now would be working for the exchange.

Data: Binance spot 24h / Binance USDⓈ-M / Yahoo daily (5-day changes). Missing figures are left blank.
Would you place an order at the pullback level, or wait for the candle to close?
