📊 Is now a good time to enter BTC? Understand these 3 key signals first!
In the crypto market, the questions people ask most often are:
“Can I buy Bitcoin now?”
“Is this dip a chance to buy the bottom?”
“Prices have already risen so much—can I still chase the rally?”
But rather than trying to predict whether prices will rise or fall, I pay more attention to these three signals.
🔍 ① Support and resistance levels
Support is an area where significant buying has occurred in the past, while resistance is an area where selling may increase.
A price nearing support doesn’t guarantee a rebound, and breaking through resistance doesn’t guarantee further gains.
The key is to watch whether the price can hold above resistance after a breakout, and whether it can reclaim a level after falling below it.
📈 ② Is trading volume confirming the move?
When BTC rises alongside an increase in trading volume, it may indicate greater market participation.
Conversely, if the price breaks through an important level but volume doesn’t change significantly, be alert to the possibility of a false breakout.
⚠️ ③ Assess the risk before considering the potential reward
No analytical method can guarantee an accurate prediction.
Rather than blindly chasing highs or trying to guess the bottom, I prefer to map out different market scenarios and identify the conditions that would invalidate my view.
