【Market Update】The Pi Network core team has clarified the role of stablecoins in its ecosystem: In the future, stablecoins will primarily serve use cases that require price stability, such as commerce, payments, accounting, and settlement. However, their role will be intentionally limited below that of the native token $PI, which will remain the ecosystem’s core asset. This further clarification of the ecosystem’s asset structure follows the team’s announcement last week of a major partnership with Open Standard.
