$MET broke through the 0.45 level. Two scenarios from here:
① If it retests 0.45 and holds → the level turns into support, with the 24h high of 0.5466 in sight above
② If it falls back below 0.45 and fails to reclaim it → this move looks more like a spike; don’t overstay
