$RLC FACES VERTICAL REJECTION โ SHORT SETUP ๐๐ฅ
๐ด SHORT
Entry Range: $1.250โ$1.434
Stop Loss: $1.5652
TP1: $1.0000
TP2: $0.8000
TP3: $0.6566
RLC has printed a parabolic surge up to $1.4887, but is now encountering heavy selling pressure at higher levels, currently trading near $1.2608. For me, the key is whether bears can capitalize on this overextended spike and force a deep mean-reversion drop back toward primary support.
Iโm looking for a continued pullback lower while RLC remains capped under the top resistance region. A sustained unwind from this move could push price down toward $1.0000 first, followed by $0.8000, and eventually the primary demand target highlighted around $0.6566.
After a massive vertical expansion like this, Iโm definitely not treating it like a free-money trade ๐ . Volatility can be brutal on momentum blow-offs, so Iโd rather manage position size and respect risk instead of shorting recklessly with high leverage.
As long as price stays below the top resistance zone, my bias favors a deeper retracement. Above $1.5652, the setup is invalidated for me.
Now letโs see if RLC completes this mean-reversion drop to the lower support zone ๐๐ฅ
