A lot of people don’t believe it: can you turn 7,000 yuan into a million?

Brother Ying doesn’t deal in feel-good talk. I’ve really walked this road. Back then, I had just 7,000 yuan in my pocket. I gritted my teeth and converted it all into 1,000U. That was an all-or-nothing moment. But I wasn’t crazy, and I didn’t go all in. I used just 200U to test the waters, focusing only on the hottest coins of the day, the ones with the most explosive sentiment. I’d take profit when they doubled, and cut my losses immediately if they dropped to 50U—no hesitation. After getting the timing right a few times in a row, my capital started climbing as if it had been injected with adrenaline. If you’ve been through it, you know the feeling.

The real challenge isn’t the market. It’s yourself.

The most dangerous thing is getting carried away. Every time I made a thousand or two in a run, I forced myself to close the app, stop trading, and take a day off—giving greed no chance.

By repeating these “cold-blooded moves” over and over, I gradually built up my capital. Once my funds were on solid footing, I started combining strategies: one portion for short-term trades, taking profits as soon as they appeared; one portion for regular investments in the trend, ignoring sentiment and watching only the direction; and one final portion held back, ready to strike when a major move erupted.

Before placing every trade, I write down just two numbers: take-profit and stop-loss. People without a plan are destined to be swallowed by their emotions.

Remember this: futures aren’t a money printer; they’re a magnifier.

They’ll magnify your good decisions, but they’ll magnify your stupidity without limit, too.

For years, I’ve stuck firmly to four iron rules: never bet everything, always set a stop-loss on every trade, never make more than three trades in a day, and withdraw your profits.

I’ve seen too many people get rich overnight through luck, only to lose it all in an instant because of greed. If I’ve made it from 1000U to where I am today, it wasn’t luck. It came down to one hard rule: be ruthless with the market, and even tougher on yourself.
