Over 1 million in debt, and now withdrawing money is as easy as ordering takeout.
Stop saying you can’t make money in crypto. I’m living proof.
Six years ago, I was over 1 million in debt, with nothing in my pocket to give me confidence I could turn things around. I spent sleepless nights tossing and turning. In just a few years, I paid off my debts and grew my account to over 8 million. Now, withdrawing money every day is as easy as ordering takeout.
People ask if it was luck, or if I caught the next big wave. The truth is harsher: the path I took is one 99% of people wouldn’t dare to follow.
Strict position sizing. While others get greedy and go all in, I only dare to use 30% of my capital. If I’m wrong, I can still get out in one piece. If I’m right, I add to my position gradually. While others get liquidated overnight, I can stay in the game until the next opportunity. People who go all in don’t get a next time.
Stick with compounding. Those who want to get rich overnight often end up right back where they started. I only focus on whether I can win the next trade. Make just 5% on each trade and keep compounding it—doubling your money isn’t a fantasy. In 58 days, I used this plodding strategy of taking small profits to turn my debt into an account balance I could breathe easy with. It wasn’t one perfect trade; it was not giving those gains back.
Stay mentally resilient. The hardest part of crypto isn’t the technical side—it’s human nature. When others panic, I dare to add to my position according to plan. When others get greedy, I dare to reduce mine. There will always be another market opportunity. What’s in short supply are people who can stick it out.
This approach may look silly. Don’t chase trends, don’t go all in, don’t rush to catch the next big wave. But this very strategy, which no one wants to learn, got me through the darkest five years.
The money in crypto doesn’t belong to the fastest. It belongs to those who can endure and grow steadily. If you’re still in debt and hoping to turn things around in one shot, first ask yourself whether you can limit your position to 30%.
I wrote these three rules down in @老森笔记 . You can leave a comment saying whether you’re in debt or holding a losing position. I’ll only talk about how to size your position and whether to withdraw after making 5%—not about the next hot coin.
