$BTC ETF funds have pulled back sharply for two straight days!

Another $244 million flowed out in a single day.

ETH ETFs have seen outflows for 8 days in a row!

The two ETF groups saw combined outflows of more than $316 million.

The market has just suffered a sharp crash, and institutional investors are still hitting the brakes!

On October 8, U.S. spot BTC ETFs recorded another $244 million in net outflows. Franklin’s EZBC was the only fund to see inflows that day; the other products failed to attract positive flows. Meanwhile, spot ETH ETFs posted $72.544 million in net outflows in a single day, marking their eighth consecutive day of outflows. The pressure on fund flows has clearly lasted longer for ETH than for BTC.

Notably, BTC ETFs had already seen about $487 million in outflows on the previous trading day, bringing their two-day cumulative net outflows to $731 million. The market has also just weathered a billion-dollar-scale liquidation of leveraged positions. The key things to watch now are when ETF outflows will ease and whether BTC can find enough spot-market support near $80,000. If outflows begin to narrow significantly, the market may have a chance to rebuild momentum for a rebound.

$731 million flowed out in two days, putting short-term pressure on BTC.

ETH has seen outflows for eight straight days. Whichever asset sees fund inflows return first may have a better chance of rebounding first!
