When this data came out at 12:18, my first reaction was that it was bullish—ETFs were seeing outflows, after all. But then I took a closer look: $BTC was only down 0.22%. That didn't add up.

There were $244 million in net outflows, yet BTC barely moved. ETH saw $72.5 million in outflows, but its price genuinely fell 2.68%; the 2,490 level is looking like a shaky support. BNB at 741 dropped more than 3%, and SOL at 110 fell 4% too. Altcoins are bleeding along with them.

So this isn't about ETFs dumping. If they were really driving the sell-off, BTC wouldn't be holding this steady. It looks more like money is moving out of ETH and altcoins and into BTC—large caps as a safe haven, while small caps see outflows. The Fear and Greed Index is still at 59, in the Greed zone. Nobody's really panicking.

My take: I'm bullish on BTC around 82,000. If it holds on a retest, I'll stay optimistic. ETF outflows have little to do with it. Don't rush to buy ETH at 2,490; wait until it gets back above that level. Chasing a long here doesn't offer great risk-reward. If SOL breaks below the round-number level of 110, the next area to watch is just above 100.

Don't chase longs—just watch for now. Position size matters more than entry price. You can never say that too many times.
