Over half a billion dollars quietly vanished from Ethereum funds over the past week, and traditional institutions are not stepping in to save retail this time.

Most traders keep buying every dip on $ETH expecting ETF flows to act as an immediate safety net. The brutal reality is that holding through heavy institutional distribution usually ends with your capital getting drained while you wait for a rebound that keeps getting delayed.

Looking at the actual numbers on Wednesday, spot Ethereum ETFs shed another $160.9M. That marks the seventh consecutive day of net outflows, bringing the total exit since September 29 to roughly $569M. Even BlackRock's $ETHA fund, which previously absorbed massive liquidity, saw $116.1M walk out the door in a single session.

When the largest asset managers in the world are steadily unwinding positions, treating every red candle as free money is a dangerous game compared to managing exposure against $BTC dominance. Capital preservation matters way more than catching the exact bottom when institutional sell pressure is accelerating.

Where do you think $ETH finds solid ground if these ETF outflows continue next week?
