Recently, more and more people have started hearing about “Boosters,” but the term can be a little confusing the first time you see it:

Who does a Booster help? How is it different from a regular referral code? And how are commissions split?

It’s actually not as complicated as it sounds. Super Referral members create Booster links and set the commission split. Boosters share their own exclusive links to invite genuine, independent new users.

After an invitee registers through the link and generates qualifying trading fees, the system distributes the corresponding commissions among the Super Referral members, the Boosters, and the invitees according to the preset rates.

There are three parties in this arrangement:

  1. The super rebate member;

  2. The partner;

  3. Invited users who register through the partner link.

Think of it as a pie: once invited users generate trading fee commissions that qualify under the rules, the system automatically distributes them among the three parties according to the shares set when the link was created.

A partner link must be created by an eligible super rebate member.

When creating the link, you need to enter the partner's Binance UID and set two shares:

  • How much commission the partner can receive;

  • How much cashback the invited user can receive.

Once the link has been created, the partner will receive an invitation through Binance messages, email, or the app's home page. They can log in to their account, review the shares and rules shown on the page, and accept the invitation if everything is correct. They'll then receive their dedicated partner link.

Please note that partners must complete identity verification. If they want to receive futures commissions generated through partner links, they also need to activate the relevant futures account in advance.

The activation process only requires a Binance UID. You don't need to provide anyone with your password, verification code, recovery phrase, or API key.

How are the shares divided among the three parties?

According to the partner rules currently published by Binance:

Allocation recipient | Maximum share Partner | Up to 40% Invited user | Up to 20% Partner + invited user | Combined total no more than 45%

At the same time, the combined share allocated to the partner and invited user can't exceed the super rebate member's current commission share.

Suppose the super rebate member currently has a 50% commission share. Here are a few possible configurations:

Option 1: Prioritize the partner's share

  • Partner: 40%

  • Invited users: 0%

  • Super rebate member's remaining share: 10%

This arrangement is better suited to partners who handle content, communities, and user support.

Option 2: Balance both parties' shares

  • Partner: 20%

  • Invited user: 20%

  • Super rebate member's remaining share: 10%

Partners can earn referral commissions, while invited users can also receive the corresponding cashback.

One point that's easy to overlook is that once a link is created and accepted by the partner, neither the partner's share nor the invited user's cashback share can be changed.

So before accepting an invitation, be sure to check the shares displayed on the page. If you confirm without agreeing on the shares first, you can't later say, “I want to change 20% to 30%”—the system won't adjust them just because you've reached a new agreement.

If you really need to use different shares, you'll have to create a new partner link in accordance with the platform's rules. The original link itself can't be changed directly.

What can a partner earn?

Partners can share their own links to invite genuine, independent new users.

Once users register through the link and complete trades that qualify under the rules, the partner can receive a share of the trading fee commission based on the configured rate.

In the past, helping friends with downloads, registration, and how to use the platform ended once the issue was resolved. As a partner, you can use a dedicated link to track valid referrals and check the data on the relevant page.

2. Automatic calculation and settlement by the system

The partner's commission is calculated by the system according to the share set for the link and settled on the same schedule as the super rebate member's commission.

There's no need to calculate everything in a spreadsheet or wait for someone to send a manual transfer every week. Check your account page for the exact payment time, settlement asset, and eligible commission amount.

3. Referral data is available to view

Partners can view user activity and commission data generated through their links on a dedicated page.

However, in terms of how the system tracks referrals, users who register through a partner link are counted under the inviting structure of the relevant super rebate member, rather than being directly assigned to the partner's regular referral relationship. The partner can view the related user data and commissions on their dedicated page.

4. Regular users can also participate in partnerships

A partner doesn't necessarily need to be a major influencer with a large following.

People who run communities, create content, regularly help friends with registration issues, or come into contact with genuine new users every month can all assess whether this type of partnership is right for them.

What really matters isn't how many followers your profile shows, but whether there's genuine user demand and whether you can provide useful information and support over the long term.

Who is a good fit to become a partner?

Type 1: People who can genuinely bring in new users

For example:

  • Run crypto, trading, or other communities;

  • Are regularly active on platforms such as Twitter, Zhihu, and Xiaohongshu;

  • Consistently publish content about market trends, fees, or how to use the platform;

  • Often have friends asking them about registration and downloads;

  • Have already referred genuine users in the past.

These people are already in contact with potential users, and a partner link gives those inquiries a way to be tracked and settled.

Type 2: People who regularly create platform tutorials

Some people don't have many followers but regularly post about:

  • How trading fees are calculated;

  • The difference between maker and taker orders;

  • Download and registration tutorials;

  • Account security reminders;

  • Answers to common platform questions.

As long as your content solves a real problem, people may ask you for a registration link.

Type 3: Community and content operators

If you already manage a community or content account, the partner program can be one of the tools you use for collaborations.

A more sensible approach is to provide content and assistance first, then share the link with people who genuinely need to register. If you just post a link every day, people will probably just mute you.

A common use case

Suppose Xiaoyu regularly posts explainers about trading fees on Twitter and in communities, and people often ask:

“Where can I download Binance?”

“How do I enter an invitation code?”

“Why are the futures trading fees so high?”

After becoming a partner, Xiaoyu can share their dedicated link with genuine new users who actually need to register.

Once a user registers through the link and generates trading fees that qualify under the rules, the system allocates them according to the shares set in advance:

  • The user receives the corresponding cashback;

  • Xiaoyu receives the partner commission;

  • The super rebate member keeps the remaining commission.

This makes it easy for users to see their cashback share and eliminates the need for manual tracking and transfers.

Can I register with another account I own to “get cashback on my own trades”?

If your account is already linked to another account and you can't earn rebates on your own trades through options like returning-user reinstatement or adding a referral code later, the only way to get cashback on your own trades is through the partner program.

Will users invited before activation be affected?

No.

Regular referral relationships established through an account before becoming a partner will remain in place. They won't automatically be transferred to the new partner link, and becoming a partner won't automatically increase the commission share for existing users.

After activation, the partner effectively retains two roles at the same time:

  • Their original role as a regular referrer;

  • Their new role as a partner.

Users invited previously will continue to be calculated under the original relationship and rules. Only new users who register through the partner's dedicated link after activation will be calculated according to the shares set for that link.

Once a partner link has been created and accepted, the super rebate member can't disable it unilaterally. To cancel it, the partner must do so themselves.

After cancellation, the partner will no longer receive partner commissions generated by that link.

Therefore, before accepting a link, confirm the following in advance:

  • The partner's commission share;

  • The invited user's cashback share;

  • The types of trades covered;

  • The user support each party is responsible for;

  • What happens after a link is canceled.

Clarifying these points in advance is much easier than arguing about them after activation.

According to the rules currently published by Binance, one partner account can accept a maximum of 20 partner links. These links can come from the same super rebate member or from different members.

If you've reached the limit of 20 links, you'll need to cancel some existing links before you can accept a new invitation.

However, having more links doesn't necessarily mean better results. Each link has a different split, use case, and target audience. Managing too many links can make it easier to share the wrong one.

In summary

The partner's core role can be summed up in three points:

  • The super rebate member provides the commission share and establishes the relationship in the system;

  • The partner uses their dedicated link to invite genuine new users;

  • The system automatically calculates and distributes commissions according to the shares set in advance.

It's a good fit for people who run communities, create content, regularly help others register on platforms, or have access to genuine new users.

Before activating, the most important thing isn't to rush to get a link, but to understand the partner's share, the invited user's cashback share, and the relevant rules. Once the shares are confirmed, they can't be changed later.

A partner link is a tool for referrals and commission settlement. It doesn't guarantee a fixed income or generate earnings automatically. The amount of commission you ultimately receive depends on the number of genuine, valid users, the actual trading fees that qualify under the rules, and the relevant rules in effect at the time.
